Michael uses storytelling and other art form based techniques to aid organisations who have a problem with creativity, communication or change to see more clearly, have faith in their own abilities, rediscover the collective potential of their group, make a safe place to tell difficult truths and move into the future with confidence.
Michael has delivered training for a variety of organisations in the commercial, statutory and voluntary sectors including the Basic Skills Agency, Christie-Tyler and Biomet-Merck.
He works directly with organisations or in tandem with other organisations such as Arts & Business.
Michael's approach is based on many years' facilitation for a variety of groups and a BEd.(Hons.) degree in Vocational Training from Cardiff University (2003)
